Under Siege 2 (1995)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: Technicolor 99m
Director: Geoff Murphy
Cast: Steven Seagal, Eric Bogosian, Everett McGill, Katherine Heigl

Synopsis:

The SEAL-trained chef from Under Siege travels across the Rockies from Denver in the company of his niece and two Secret Service captains on a weekend tryst who hold the passwords to a deadly military satellite. The train is unsurprisingly the target of more ruthless mercenaries in the pay of an insanely urbane villain with a chip on his shoulder.

Review:

Fast-paced, routine Die Hard spin-off, which nevertheless manages to contain not a single dull moment and its fair share of smart lines ('Assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups'). The violence is graphically telegraphed with undisguised relish, however, taking with it an unusually high number of attractive female victims.
