[REC]2 (2009)

£0.00

Country: SP
Technical: col 85m
Director: Jaume Balagueró, Paco Plaza
Cast: Jonathan D. Mellor, Oscar Zafra, Ariel Casas

Synopsis:

A police team rendez-vous with a priest outside the apartment block stricken by an unidentified outbreak, and enter the building in search of the blood of the first child victim of a deranged scientist who lived there.

Review:

More found footage visceral thrills, with added continental bite. The refinement here is that there are no less than three separate documents of the night's events, and we see them in series, even though the events depicted take place in parallel. It's an effective horror, with a delicious final twist. But there was more to follow.
