Review:
This would-be Hitchcockian spy comedy-thriller begins with a group of seven travellers being cased by a henchman as he, and we, attempt to work out which is the contact. That is about as intriguing as anything gets but, on the other hand, at least Sharp keeps it moving so fast that it doesn't really matter. No overlooked gem, but colourful and competently turned out entertainment with at least two points of bemusement: Terry-Thomas as an old Etonian condemned to reside in Morocco as 'El Caïd', guarded by Berber horsemen, and Margaret Lee (here 'introduced') touching her toes legs akimbo as the camera peers through them from behind!
