Breathless satire that takes potshots in all directions but never makes much sense. Blanc appears naked throughout, which ought to merit some decoration of its own, and the scenes at the Assembly are particularly convincing, but this extended TV sketch with characters like Dugland and Delapine must ultimately descend to coarseness.
