The Naked Face (1984)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col 106m
Director: Bryan Forbes
Cast: Roger Moore, Rod Steiger, Elliott Gould, Anne Archer

Synopsis:

A Chicago psychiatrist is forced to go it alone to prove his innocence of a murder.

Review:

A tired Hitchcockian retread from Cannon, this is one of those films about which it is hard to find anything positive to say. The whole plot hinges on nothing whatsoever said by Miss Archer during a shrink session, and most of the cast mumble their lines, with the exception of Steiger who shouts his way through another bigoted cop portrayal. Forbes, meanwhile, directs like Michael Winner.
