Look Who's Talking Too (1990)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: Technicolor 81m
Director: Amy Heckerling
Cast: John Travolta, Kirstie Alley, Olympia Dukakis, Elias Koteas, Bruce Willis (voice), Roseanne Barr (voice)

Synopsis:

Mikey, the tot from Look Who's Talking, gets a baby sister and learns to come to terms with toilet training as well. Meanwhile Mom and Dad have a spat, break up and make up.

Review:

More endearing child rearing, with the kids voiced by adult actors, the only refinement being that Mikey's lips move sometimes, too. There is a certain amount of soap operatics over who brings in the money and who wears the trousers, Mollie lets her trigger-happy brother stay with them, and hurricane and fire are averted to ensure the family remains intact for another sequel. The general rationale seems to have been that offsetting the cuteness with plenty of jokes about marital sex and number ones and twos obviates the need for anything more in the way of story, and the box office proved them right.
