Hollow Man (2000)

£0.00

Country: US/GER
Technical: DeLuxe 112m
Director: Paul Verhoeven
Cast: Elisabeth Shue, Kevin Bacon, Josh Brolin

Synopsis:

One of a group of researchers experimenting with an invisibility serum for the Pentagon tries it out on himself after preliminary tests on primates prove dicey; as his colleagues vainly try to bring him back he graduates from voyeurism to homicide in the batting of an eye.

Review:

Facile, prurient remake of The Invisible Man in the director's worst idiom. It quickly resolves itself into an orgy of blood and mayhem in the manner of a Scream outing, and culminates in a string of jaw-dropping departures from reality.
