Synopsis:
An army deejay makes waves with his superiors on account of his improvisatory and irreverent broadcasts to the troops from Saigon. At the same time he becomes involved in the lives of a Vietnamese brother and sister.

A film of two halves, and while he is 'on air' Williams excels in demonstrating his considerable gifts as a performer, but the attempts at giving the war an 'on the streets' local perspective end up feeling half-hearted and embarrassingly emotive.
