After the débâcle of Baron Munchausen, Gilliam had his wings clipped by Columbia Tri-Star but still manages some majestic sequences in his classic grandiose idiom, in amongst the Williams sentiment. Nevertheless, this is hard not to like and a relatively disciplined invitation to dream.
