7,000 and counting

Having been born in the same year in which Help! was made, I consider it fitting enough to claim Ron Howard's exemplary Beatles documentary as my 7,000th film viewed (even if this is naturally enough an inexact science).  No better way to wind down after an (always gruelling) start to term than to enjoy the nostalgia of those heady days I never really knew, and muse on how shallow our pop stars of today seem in comparison.
