A western with some points of interest, though certainly not the dialogue. There are variedly successful attempts to ape the lighting effects of the Lewton horror films in this colour one of the same stable; there is a chorus of 'Men of Harlech' to raise besieged spirits (over a decade before Zulu); and the Irish reverend interestingly hails from Wales.
