One of the Samuel Bronston Spanish super-productions, this made good use of the Sixties vogue for international casts and works up to some spectacular action sequences. The human stories (illicit love, an orphaned child) are, however, hackneyed in the extreme and irrelevant longueurs pad out the running time.
