Country: US
Technical: col/scope 126m
Director: Henry Levin
Cast: Omar Sharif, Stephen Boyd, Françoise Dorléac, Telly Savalas, James Mason, Robert Morley

Synopsis:

A Mongol slave called Temujin conquers much of the known world before succumbing to treachery.

Review:

Rousing epic with lashings of sex and violence for its day. The trouble is that Yugoslavia looks nothing like the steppes of Asia and the second unit work is pretty naff with extras half-heartedly waving swords at each other. Still, it has to be seen for James Mason's chinaman.
